On March 5, the UKSM Wichita MPA Center for Healthcare Internal Medicine Clinic Team participated in the WSU Wellness Expo, held at Wichita State University’s campus. This annual event provides an opportunity for students, faculty, and community members to connect with local healthcare resources and wellness initiatives.
Physician Assistant Kristine Babica and Medical Assistant Jocelyn were on hand to share information about the clinic’s services and to let attendees know that Kristine is currently accepting new patients. They engaged with visitors, answering questions and providing insights into the comprehensive care available at the clinic.
Additionally, Community Health Worker Victoria, LPN, performed blood pressure checks and provided health education to attendees. This hands-on approach helped highlight the importance of preventive care and wellness.
If you or someone you know is in need of a Primary Care Provider or would like to learn more about our health programs, please contact the clinic at 316-293-2622. We appreciate the opportunity to connect with the Wichita community and look forward to continuing to support health and wellness in our region!
